The joint is jumpin'!
It just so happens that the night before the official beginning of CIL, President GWB is speaking at the same hotel. Woah. Crazy.
And, the bar is hoppin' with the who's who of library tech (at least at CIL, anyway). Jane Dysart, Hope Tillman, Stephen Abram, Steven M. Cohen, Blake Carver, Marydee Ojala, D. Scott Bryant, and so many more. It's all kinds of exciting.
This is part of what conferences are about. It's not all stuffy meetings (not that the meetings here are stuffy, believe you me) and whatnot, it's meeting people, talking, and hanging out. Remember that when you go to a conference, especially CIL.
